The whole production, originally achieved just for the internal market, has been steadly expanding and now a wide range of items are exported all over the world; all these factors have made an expansion of the company and a new factory of 2.400 mq has been built near the existing one in 1995.
CEMOTO can now host modern equiped offices and the most advanced technologicals and updated production systems for rubber and plastic by using five computerized igniction production-machines (n 1- 75 tn, n 2- 150 tn, n1- 400 tn, n1- 470 tn); all the other process are done outside but always using the company equipment.
The company maintains very close links between the production and race track testing : Teams and riders are the best tester in cooperating with CEMOTO for the design of new prototypes and in carrying out of all necessary tests for launching new products on the markets; in fact, in 2001 the company has started to develop a complete range of racing equipment and has today reached a complete range of five different boots and five different wearing equipment gears for Motocross, Enduro and Trial plus a complete professional range of gloves, goggles and protections. Some of the names of the riders that are currently cooperating with us are: Trampas Parker (2 times World Champion); Bader Manneh (many International titles and official KTM tester); Diego Bosis and Fabio Lenzi (official Fiamme Oro - Italian Police riders with more than 18 Italian titles plus many International ones); Osvaldo Armanni (4 Gold Medals at the International Six Days and 9 Italian titles); the Husqvarna Official Team, plus approx ten riders that are currently competing in the European off-road Championship.
