TERMS OF DELIVERY

Products been payed by credit cards, PayPall or with Bank note will be delivered by ELTA (Hellenique Post Office) Door to Door courier within 1-2 working days inside Greece, 5-7 working days in Europe and within 14-20 working days in the rest of the world. As soon as you completed your order you will recieve an e-mail confirming your order and all its products.

WAY OF PAYMENT

All Credit cards like VISA and MASTERCARD and  PayPall are accepted for web shoping
Orders by phone must be payed cash threw banking notes

COST OF DELIVERY

Domestic delivery cost door to dooor by Courier service costs 6,00€ till 4 kilos and 1,60€ every extra kilo.
For delivering goods in third party countries cost varies from countries of ZONE 1 and 2

ZONE 1 countries are : Austria, Belgium, Boulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Swiss, Esthonia, Great Britain, Irland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Norway, Holland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Chech Republic and Finland. 

ZONE 2 countries are the rest (from the above) Europian and all other world countries

ΖONE 1 COSTS : till 500gr 12.005€, till 1000gr 19.00€, till 2000gr 28.00€ and till 3000gr 34.00€ . Every extra kilo more than 3 kilos will be charged 6.00€/kr

ΖONE 2 COSTS : till 500gr 17.00€, till 1000gr 26.00€, till 2000gr 35.00€ and till 3000gr 43.00€. Every extra kilo more thn 3 kilos will be charged 8.00€/kg.

RETURNING GOODS POLICY

In our effort to keep healthy and clear contact with our clients we try to enhance the trust of the relationship betwin you and our shop.

1) All our products are brand new and covered by factory garantie thats why we accept returns of products that they have operating problems such as defected materials.
2) All returned products will be accepted within 14 days from the date of the product reciet.
3) Products with a problem can be replaced with exactly the same product without extra delivery costs as long as they found problimatic ones.
4) Returning products by mistake of the buyer (due to wrong choise for exapmple) cost of delivery is payed by the buyer.
5) In order to return a product keep original packaging in a good condition.
